Comhghairdeas do na Mic Léinn TEG!

Comhghairdeas do na mic léinn uilig a ghlac páirt sna scrúduithe TEG A1 agus A2 le déanaí! Congratulations to the 25 students who sat A1 and A2 TEG exams in Washington DC last weekend. We are immensely proud of all the work that students have done over the course of this year (and longer) in order to prepare for their Irish proficiency tests in listening, reading, writing and oral skills. A special words of thanks to our teachers too, and the visiting examiners Siuán Ní Mhaonaigh, director of TEG, and Antain Mac Lochlainn. The TEG (Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge) framework is an internationally-recognised certification system for adult learners, and these students were the very first to sit TEG exams in Washington DC! After the A2 exam on Sunday, the local Irish language community gathered for music, food and chat (click here for pics) – am ar dóigh a bhí ann!
