Happy Father's Day in Irish

To wish someone a Happy Father’s Day, we say “Lá na nAithreacha Sona Duit”.

If you want to wish more than one person a Happy Father’s Day, it changes slightly to “Lá na nAithreacha Sona Daoibh”.

Note that in some regions, you will also hear this phrase pronounced as “shona dhuit” and “shona dhaoibh”, as demonstrated in this video.

App-based learning cannot provide the corrective feedback and sociolinguistic engagement of class instruction, conversation sessions, workshops or book club meetings.
