Féile na Gaeilge 2023

Féile na Gaeilge is back again! Since 2017, we’ve been hosting our annual week-long celebration of Irish language and culture. This year’s festival runs April 24-28th, where each day we will host a language workshop from 6-7:20pm ET (3-4:20pm Pacific). Entry to all workshops is $30, and free for all students – bígí linn!

And…new 7-week Irish courses begin in May! We’ve added new courses for this term, such as A0/A1 Newcomers, Gearrscéalta and Pronunciation – see details below!

Daily Workshops:
Spanish, through Irish – learn basic conversational Spanish, through Irish!
Agallamh Beirte – oral readings of humorous rhyming conversations.
Bealtaine – learn about songs, stories and folk customs related to the festival.
Oíche na mBall – give a 2-3 minute presentation on a topic of your choice.
Tráth na gCeist – test your knowledge at our annual Quiz Night!

This May, we will be offering our widest range of 7-week courses yet, from A0 to B1 Intermediate level. We have added a brand new course, Gearrscéalta, focused on Irish short stories for elementary and intermediate learners, as well as our 7-week courses in Pronunciation and A0/A1 Newcomers. Our writing course, Peann & Pár, and conversation course, Ceacht & Comhrá, will also be available.
